Tranquil Sleep: Relaxation with Breath Holds & Squeezes
Dear Mind Warriors,
Welcome to "Tranquil Sleep," your guide to deep relaxation and restful slumber. In this session, we'll use breath holds and gentle squeezes to ease your mind and body into a state of tranquility.
Find a cozy spot in bed, close your eyes, and take a deep breath in through your nose. Hold it for a count of four, then exhale slowly. Feel any tension melting away.
Now, take another deep breath in and hold it. As you do, gently squeeze your toes for a count of four, then release as you exhale. Repeat this process, moving up through your body—calves, thighs, abdomen, hands, arms, shoulders, and face.
With each squeeze and release, feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation. Let go of any remaining tension with each exhale.
As we conclude, embrace this feeling of calmness and peace. Drift off into a serene slumber, knowing that you are safe and supported.
Sleep well, dear listener. May your dreams be filled with tranquility.
